Before & After Pictures

I got the pictures from CranialTech of Isabela's before & after. WOW WOW WOW!

It is just incredible and amazing! Take a look...

You can see how wide the top of her head was before

Look how flat and now how perfect! :-D

The changes are so amazing. So obvious when you see it like this how much she needed this and benefited from her Doc Band.

  4. Hi Christina! Isabela is doing exceptionally well! She is a very smart, funny, vivacious, sweet little girl. She has no health and development issues overall, but especially in regards to her head. I recall the techs telling us that the flatness won't cause developmental delays, neither will wearing the helmet. Their heads are soft and therefore moldable, so the helmet doesn't put any added force or pressure to cause concern of issues down the road.

It was hands down the best decision we made for our sweetie pie. While development was not a concern, and cranial tech ensured in us it wouldn't cause any issues either way, I'm so glad she won't go through life with a flat head and the insecurities that could arise due to that.

I'm so glad you reached out. I hope my blog helps in some way. I was so terrified and sad when we were told her head was flat and she needed to be evaluated. The whole process though, 100% truthful, was easy!!!! So easy. She had no,pain, no issues, she didn't mind wearing it!! She looked so cute that we missed it when she was gone! It was great for safety as she learned to crawl and stand, haha! When my second daughter didn't need one...I felt a sad tad at first. Odd right?

I hope this response helped. Feel free to reach out again. Let ,me know what the outcome for your son is. Your doing a great thing for him by having him evaluated and whatever decision you make for your family is the right one.
